ORDER FORM

There are several ways to order.

USA residents may choose to order through the mail or through PayPal:
1. Mail. If you have Adobe Reader on your computer, you can click here for a pdf version of the order form. (Adobe Reader is a free download from adobe.com.) Print it out, fill it in by hand, use the U.S.A shipping table to figure your shipping costs, and mail your check or money order along with the order form.
If you do not have Reader, simply print this page as there is an order form at the bottom. Be sure to click your mouse cursor somewhere in this page to ensure your printer prints this section and not the navigation bar on the left. Fill in the blanks by hand and mail it along with your check or money order to the address at the very bottom.
2. PayPal. If you are signed up for PayPal and live in the United States, you are welcome to use this electronic service instead. Simply add the desired items to your shopping cart, then checkout. For purchases under 10.00, you might prefer to order through the mail as it is cheaper. Due to PayPal's basic transaction fee assessed to the company on each order, shipping fees are steeper on-line for orders under 10.00 to compensate.

Those living outside the United States must order through the mail. You cannot use PayPal as it is unable to handle more than one set of shipping costs.

Why a U.S.-based bank? U.S.-based banks use a special routing number system. Other countries do not use the same system. So a processing fee kicks in for non-U.S.-based checks and money orders - a fee often more costly than the item being purchased. A Canadian money order, even in U.S. dollars, from the Canadian post office or a Canadian-based bank is not acceptable, as it is not written on a U.S.-based bank. Note: out-of-country purchasers may choose to send U.S. cash. Please wrap it well so it is not obvious there is cash inside. Anderson Productions is not responsible if cash is stolen through the postal system.

*Any orders paid for by a check or money order issued by a non-US-based bank will be returned and no order sent.  Non-US postal money orders are not on US-based banks and are not acceptable either.
