When you are ready to order, there are several ways to proceed which are explained more fully in the Order Form section. U.S. residents may either print out a form and order through the mail or, if signed up for PayPal, use the shopping cart system you will see throughout the site. Orders through PayPal are mailed Priority (2-3 days delivery) and are insured. Unfortunately, due to the limitations of the PayPal system in calculating shipping costs, customers outside of the U.S.A. (including Canada - sorry!) must order through the mail. Checks and money orders must be in U.S. dollars and written on a U.S.-based bank - or you may send U.S. cash.
